Empowering User with FARO 3D Laser Scanning Technologies

FARO’s laser scanning technologies deliver quick and precise point cloud data for BIM/CIM 3D Documentation. 3D images of complex environments and geometries can be generated in mere minutes and can be used for various industries such as Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC), Building Information Modelling (BIM), Forestry, Heritage Preservation, Shipping, Facility Management, Mining/Tunnel, Movie Making and Game Development. Learning more about these technologies and their applications will empower the user with knowledge of the endless possibilities of having such powerful tools in their work arsenal.

This technology track will provide an overview of the latest technologies available from FARO as well complete solutions available for various industries including those in the spatial fields.

During the Course of this Session:

• Mr. Ryan would provide an overview what is 3D Documentation and how Reality is documented with FARO’s technologies. He will briefly introduce FARO’s current product lines and solutions for specific applications.
• Mr. Beow Kwan will introduce FARO’s recently released products and solutions in detail.
• Mr. Jackson will share their experiences in using complete solutions in FARO Terrestrial Laser Scanning Technology for various applications. Success stories from past to preset include the following fields:
